Sensory Overload

What do you think about this statement? I believe this statement is very true. People have turned material possessions as the key to having a happy life.
Do you agree or disagree? I agree.
As an aspiring photographer how does this make you feel about your photography? Inspires me to visit new places and try new things with my camera.

2. When you looked through the images, did you want to visit this place and take your camera? Not really, its all kind of creepy to me. 

3. What do you think it would be like to be the child of someone who worked at this place? As a child of someone that works one of these boothes I would probably not know any other life and would have grown up accustomed to it.

4. Describe your favorite photo to me. My favorite photo out of the grouping is the one with a girl sitting at her booth of colorful flowers. The flowers colors are mixed and there are many different colors surrounding her booth

e. What is your overall impression of the photographer? What did you like or not like? I did not like very many of her photographs.

c. List three problems that the judges noted with the portfolio - blurry, too slow of a shutter speed, corny.

e. What is your overall impression of the photographer? What did you like or not like? i got bored of their pictures.

c. List three problems that the judges noted with the portfolio -subjects were too bland, went for the cute kid.

e. What is your overall impression of the photographer? What did you like or not like? i liked more than half of the photos.

a. What did the judges note as strengths as they were critiquing it? how he seemed to be right in or part of the action
b. What do you see as strengths? Do you see any weaknesses? not scared to get right up into the action. no weaknesses that i could see

they needed to be good at editing there own pictures and good diversity. also having all strong pictures.

i agree with the greyhound story and how he tells a good story with only 8 photos.

2. Describe one photo that you do NOT agree with the judges on. Explain why you think the judges are wrong.
i did not agree with the baseball pictures i thought they were very good considering the old camera he used.

  1. What is your favorite newspaper front page? Why? Austin American Statesman; it's my cities capitol.
  2. What is your favorite headline from that newspaper? Why are you interested in it? Local places to dine because Austin has amazing local restaurants 
  3. How many stories are on the front page of your favorite? I don't know exactly. 
  4. What do you notice that all newspaper front pages have in common? Look at design, size of photos, size of story text, etc. Equal amount of photos on the newspaper. 
  5. What are things that vary (or are different) on the front pages of different newspapers? Look at design, size of photos, size of headlines, etc. Colors, text sizes and pictures shown on newspaper are different.
